With Capeesh, we create a better working environment. It is easier to be a good colleague if you speak a language that both understand. This simplifies daily follow-up between manager and employee in daily dialogue, follow-up and employee interviews, and contributes to the fact that we do not need an interpreter. The conversations clearly get better when you do not have to go through a third person.
Several of our candidates have little schooling before. These have benefited greatly from Capeesh because it is an intuitive way to learn. You do not need to have much training from ordinary curricula, such as Norwegian and social struggle, to understand how the language works. A regular school lesson is too long at a time for these candidates and contains a lot of knowledge and lessons that can be challenging in the long run for many of them. With Capeesh you can take it in small steps, a few minutes at a time, and then we get the progress we want. Especially for those who have little training in advance.
